Developments in the Marina Smir area
There are a number of developments built or being built in this area of North Morocco.
They will be briefly described here, in no particular order.
Marina Puerto
Marina Puerto is being constructed front line beach on the golden mile, Marina Smir end.
It will consist of 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments. Original target completion June 2007, now December 2007.
Marina Beach
Marina Beach now in its third phase is located front line beach, to the North of Marina Smir and next
to the Restinga Smir complex.
Sania Plage
Sania Plage is being constructed front line beach Kabila Smir end of the golden mile.
It consists of 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Also 2 swimming pools, commercial centre and restaurants.
Colina Smir
Colina Smir is to be located at Kabilla due for completion in 2008.
It will consist of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
Kabilla Beach resort
Kabilla Beach resort will be constructed front line beach at Kabilla end of the golden mile and will contain 2189 units.
It will consist of 240 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments, 354 apart-hotel apartments, 179 villas, a hotel, commercial and leisure centre.
Kariat Smir
Kariat Smir will be located second line beach just to the North of Kabilla Smir, due for completion in 2008.
It will consist of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
