On a viewing trip to the Marina Smir area of North Morocco in May 2006 I was shown the Marina Puerto site where a 'U' shaped development of apartments were to be built.
These are the photos of a walk around that site.
They will give you an idea of where the development is with regards to the sea, Marina Smir and the water park.
